摘要
清水混凝土在技术研究及工程应用方面已得到长足发展,但针对其表观质量的评价目前尚无成熟统一的方法和标准,且现有的质量验收评价方法都是相对滞后的。依托城市轨道交通立柱、高架桥桥墩等实际工程,进行清水混凝土表观质量控制及评价试验。结果表明,通过气泡法“预判断”和图像分析法相结合对混凝土从拌合物成型到脱模后的表观质量进行控制与综合评价分析,有利于混凝土表观质量的控制,且较之单一方法,本评价更全面准确。
Fair-faced concrete has made great progress in technical research and engineering application,but there is no mature unified method and standard for the evaluation of its apparent quality,and the existing quality acceptance evaluation methods are relatively lagging behind.Based on the actual projects such as columns and viaduct piers of urban rail transit,the experimental research on the apparent quality control and evaluation of fair-faced concrete is carried out.The experimental results show that the combination of bubble method"pre-judgment"and image analysis method is beneficial to the control and comprehensive evaluation of concrete apparent quality from the quality of mixture to the quality ofdemoulding,and the evaluation is more comprehensive and accurate than a single method.Through"pre-judgment"quality control,there is a layer of guarantee for the apparent quality evaluation,and there is no need to wait for the evaluation after stripping,which saves time.
