基于ANSYS Workbench的风力发电机传动轴静态分析

摘要 风力发电机的传动轴带动轮毂和齿轮箱,是风力发电机动力传动的关键部位。传动轴的性能直接影响风力发电机的稳定性和使用寿命。使用UG软件对传动轴实体建模,计算求出传动轴的工作受力情况。运用ANSYS Workbench软件进行静态分析,得到危险状态下的位移、应力和应变云图。结果表明传动轴的强度满足设计要求,可为后续结构优化设计提供理论基础。 The drive shaft of the wind turbine drives the hub and gearbox,which is the key part of the wind turbine power transmission.The performance of the drive shaft directly affects the stability and service life of the wind turbine.UG software is used to model the transmission rod entity,and the working force of the transmission shaft is calculated.The static analysis was carried out with ANSYS Workbench software,and the displacement,stress and strain contours under dangerous conditions were obtained.The results show that the strength of the drive shaft meets the design requirements,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent structural optimization design.
