摘要
纺织服装产业是常州的支柱产业,但其发展仍处于价值链的底端,产品附加值低。有3种因素制约着常州纺织服装产业的价值链升级,分别为西方企业的技术垄断、同质化企业之间的博弈、生产成本优势削弱。常州纺织服装产业可以从5种途径进行价值链升级,即从原始设备组装(OEA)、原始设备制造(OEM)升级至原始设计制造(ODM),从OEM升级至自有品牌制造(OBM),经历OEM-ODM-OBM的升级过程、反向OEM路径以及柯桥模式。常州企业应依据自身特点和产业环境选择合适的路径进行转型升级,促进传统产业高质量发展。
Textile and garment industry is the pillar industry of Changzhou, but its development is still at the bottom of the value chain and the added value of products is low. There are three factors that restrict the upgrading of the value chain of Changzhou textile and garment industry, namely, the technological monopoly of western enterprises, the game between homogeneous enterprises and the weakening of production cost advantage. Changzhou textile and garment industry can upgrade the value chain in four paths: from original equipment assembly(OEA), original equipment manufacturing(OEM)to original design manufacturing(ODM), from OEM to original brand manufacturing(OBM), through the upgrading process of OEM-ODM-OBM, the reverse OEM path and Keqiao model. Changzhou enterprises should choose appropriate paths for transformation and upgrading according to their own characteristics and industrial environment to promote the high-quality development of traditional industries.
