摘要
本文总结了2021年以来推动非化石能源发展的碳达峰、碳中和工作顶层设计和系列重大政策,分析了非化石能源开发利用和产业发展升级的最新进展及存在的问题,提出2022年非化石能源项目投资建设将成为稳增长的重要抓手。
The paper summarizes the top-level design and major policies of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality focusing on non-fossil fuel energy development since 2021,analyzes the latest progress and problems in utilization of non-fossil fuel energy and industry upgrading,and put forward the point of view that renewable energy investment will become an important driver of steady growth in 2022.
