四川省癌症防治“预警医生”培训模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the‘Early-Warning Doctors’Training Mode for Cancer Prevention and Treatment in Sichuan Province

目的:通过癌症防治“预警医生”培训,提升四川省癌症早诊早治效果,建立“预警医生”癌症防治人才队伍。方法:运用线下与线上、理论与实践、观摩与操作相结合等培训方式、专题报告与笔试考试相结合等考核方法,开办基于活体模型的内镜模拟手术实操等特色课程,针对高发癌种开展系列培训并进行满意度调查。结果:两年共计培训“预警医生”421名。2020年培训只分期未分专业,学员线下考核均分84.70分,培训总体满意度98.34%;2021年采用分期、分专业、小班制培训,学员线下考核均分提高至89.73分,培训总体满意度提升为99.75%。结论:分期、分专业、小班制的培训使培训更具灵活性、针对性和实用性。癌症防治“预警医生”培训模式值得推广,可为进一步优化和完善全国卫生健康人才培训项目提供参考。

Objective:To improve the effect of early diagnosis and treatment,and establish the team of‘early-warning doctors’for cancer prevention and treatment in Sichuan Province by‘early-warning doctors’training.Methods:A training mode comprehensively using offline and online sources,theory and practice,observation and operation,and an assessment mode combining special reports and written tests were applied to set up characteristic courses such as endoscopic surgery simulation based on living models,conduct a series of training for high-incidence cancers,and inquire into customer satisfaction.Results:A total of 421‘early-warning doctors’were trained within two years.In 2020,a mixed discipline training by stage was conducted,with an average offline assessment score of 84.70,and an overall satisfaction rate of 98.34%.In 2021,a small-class training by stage and speciality was conducted,with the average offline assessment score of 89.73,and the overall satisfaction rate of 99.75%.Conclusion:Small-class training by stage and speciality is more oriented,instructive and practical.The‘early-warning doctors’training mode for Cancer prevention and treatment is worth promoting,which can provide evidence for further optimizing the National Health Personnel Training Program.
