摘要
注浆技术是维护煤矿软弱破碎巷道围岩稳定的一种有效方式,但是目前对于煤矿井下巷道注浆过程监测和注浆质量评价缺少一种科学、有效的方法。为突破相关技术难题,提出一种煤矿井下巷道注浆智能数字化在线监测系统总体架构,确定适用于水泥基浆液物理力学特性的浆液流量、注浆压力和浆液密度/水灰比等监测传感器类型及其技术指标参数,自主研制井下注浆数据采集单片机芯片和基于矿用本安智能手机的注浆锚杆数字化配置及注浆信息显示与预警App系统,建立矿井地面巷道注浆信息数据库,开发地面注浆数据管理与注浆质量智慧分析评价软件辅助分析系统,实现了巷道注浆信息实时查询、注浆信息一张图分析、异常注浆精准诊断、注浆数据报表统计等功能。系统成功应用于淮北矿区桃园煤矿Ⅱ_(2)回风上山,精准获得注浆区域中每一根注浆锚杆的注浆量、注浆压力、浆液密度/水灰比等信息,为实现巷道注浆工程的数字化、精准化与智能化施工与管理提供了新的技术支撑。
Grouting technology is an effective way to maintain stability of fractured surrounding rock of underground roadway in coal mines.However,there is an absence of scientific and effective technology for monitoring grouting process and evaluating grouting quality.In order to break through related technical problems,an intelligent online digital monitoring system for grouting in roadway was proposed.Three types of monitoring sensors and their technical parameters were determined to monitor slurry flow,grouting pressure,and grouting density/water-cement ratio,which were suitable for physical and mechanical property of cement-based grout.The micro-controller chips of grouting data acquisition and corresponding App of digital configuration of grouting-bolt and real-time display and warning of grouting data based on intra safety smart phone were developed.Grouting database was established and auxiliary software of grouting management and intelligent evaluation of grouting quality was developed.The functions of real-time query of grouting information,analysis of grouting information in one-picture,accurate diagnosis of abnormal grouting,and statistics of grouting data statements were realized.The system was successfully applied inⅡ_(2) roadway in Taoyuan Coal Mine.The grouting information including grouting amount,grouting pressure,grout density/water-cement ratio was accurately obtained.This system provides a new technical way to achieve the digitization,precision,and intelligent construction and management of grouting engineering.
