摘要
纳米晶材料因其独特的尺寸和优异的理化性能近年来备受关注,基于纳米晶理论和实践的研究,显示了其广阔的生物医学应用前景。重点简介纳米晶的定义、分类、制备及修饰工艺,综述多种纳米晶体系在肿瘤诊疗及临床应用中的研究进展,分析讨论纳米晶在生物应用时的体内过程和存在的技术问题,为基于纳米晶的递送体系在肿瘤诊疗领域进一步开发提供参考。
Nanocrystalline materials have attracted increasing attention due to their unique size and superior physicochemical properties,which enable their broad potential applications in the biomedical fields.The definition,category,preparation and modification of nanocrystals,with particular focus on the recent progress of nanocrystals utilized for tumor diagnosis,cancer treatment,and other medicinal applications are summarized.The fate of nanocrystals in vivo and current challenges in clinical translation are discussed.This review aims to provide insights for further development of nanocrystal delivery systems for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
