小于胎龄儿(small for gestational age,SGA)是一组异质性疾病,基因检测技术的进步为其精准诊断提供可能。随着对SGA的认识加深,宫内不良生长与生后不同的生长模式对SGA近期及远期的健康结局造成诸多不良影响。本文概述SGA不同时期的管理重点与策略,以期为实现终生管理提供思路。

Small for gestational age(SGA) is a group of heterogeneous diseases,and technical advances in gene detection provide the opportunity for its precision diagnosis. With deepening understanding of SGA,clinicians recognize a poor fetal growth as well as postnatal adverse growth modes have adverse effects on the short-term and long-term health outcomes. Therefore,we outline the management priorities and strategies in different periods of SGA to provide basics for the realization of lifelong management.
