油菜花期西方蜜蜂采蜜过程细菌变化研究

摘要 对西方蜜蜂在采蜜过程中细菌的变化进行研究,通过传统纯化培养及16S rDNA基因序列鉴定,结果表明:花蜜、蜜囊到Od蜂蜜细菌数量从10CFU-10^(6)CFU,以解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)为优势菌,所分离鉴定的菌株提交GenBank比对后,其相似度不低于99%。细菌系统发育分析包括Ⅰ红螺菌、Ⅱ柄杆菌、Ⅸ芽孢杆菌等9个族。 Changes of bacterial diversity in the process of collection of Apis mellifera were studied.Bacteria were isolated and cultivated to obtain pure isolates in nectar,Od honey and honey stomach of Apis mellifera.The isolates were compared and a phylogeny constructed analysis based on 16S rDNA sequences amplification and sequencing.Bacillus amyloliquefaciens was the dominant bacteria from 10 CFU to 10^(6)CFU in nectar honey stomach and Od Immature honey.Isolates comparison with GenBank accession numbers,the similarity is not less than 99%.Phylogenetic analysis 9clusters including Brevundimonas,Bacillus and Agrobacterium and so on.
