金荞麦泌蜜规律及其花蜜成分

Nectar Secretion and Nectar Composition of Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara

摘要 以金荞麦为研究对象,通过离心法测定泌蜜情况,采用代谢物全谱分析方法进行金荞麦花蜜成分分析。研究结果显示,金荞麦花期持续时间为7月7日至8月4日,正值夏季缺蜜时段,可作为夏季辅助蜜源,从整个花期来看,初花期单花日泌蜜总量最高,达到(0.2069±0.0015)μL;从花蜜成分来看,金荞麦花蜜中含有8种氨基酸,黄酮类物质含量丰富,其中芦丁含量最高,为56.545μg/mL;花蜜中挥发性成分占比最高的是2-己烯醛,占15.14%,测定结果可为后续花蜜特征性标记物及蜂蜜质量控制提供理论支撑。泌蜜量、泌蜜规律以及花蜜成分的研究结果对今后贵州省蜜源植物的开发和科学利用提供理论依据,并为贵州蜂业发展提供技术支撑。 Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara was used as the research object.By centrifugation method,the nectar of Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Harat was determined and the composition of nectar was analyzed by full spectrum analysis of metabolites.The results showed that,its flowering period lasted from July 7 to August 4,which was in the period of summer honey shortage,so it could be used as summer auxiliary nectar source.From the whole flowering stage,the total amount of nectar secreted on the first flowering day was the highest,reaching(0.2069±0.0015)μL.In terms of nectar composition,there were 8 kinds of amino acids in the nectar of Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara,and the content of flavonoids was rich,among which the content of rutin was 56.545μg/mL.The highest volatile component in nectar was 2-hexenal accounting for 15.14%,the results can provide theoretical support for the subsequent characteristic markers of nectar and the quality control of honey.The research results of nectar secretion,nectar secretion rule and nectar composition could provided theoretical basis for the development and scientific utilization of nectar source plants in Guizhou province in the future,and provide technical support for the development of guizhou apiculture.
