Literative Review and Prospect of Business Model Innovation

依托“驱动因素一实现过程一结果影响”的分析框架对商业模式创新的现有研究进行了归纳与评价。首先,将现有文献中有关商业模式创新驱动因素的分析归纳为企业内部资源能力企业管理者驱动、技术创新驱动、市场需求驱动、行业竞争驱动五个角度;其次,从企业类型、创新程度、步骤阶段、组成要素及目标导向五个视角对现有的商业模式创新过程研究进行梳理与解读;最后,评价了商业模式创新对于企业商业模式、企业能力绩效及行业格局的影响。此外,基于对现有文献的分析,展望未来研究方向。

This paper summarizes and evaluates the existing research on business model innovation based on the analytical framework of"driving factors-realization process-result impact".Firstly,it summarizes the analysis of the driving factors of business model innovation in the existing literature into five perspectives:internal resource and capability,manager-driven,technological innovation-driven,market demand-driven and industry competition-driven.Secondly,it combs and interprets the existing research on business model innovation process from five perspectives:enterprise type,innovation degree,step stage,constituent elements and goal orientation.Finally,it evaluates the impact of business model innovation on business model,ca-pability and performance and industry pattermns.In addition,it also forecasts the future research directions based on the analy-sis of the existing literature.
