摘要
通过结合制造业技术创新和全球价值链提升的面板数据,分析了不同主体、不同类型、不同阶段的技术创新对我国2003-2018年期间制造业全球价值链提升的影响。结果表明:企业的技术创新投入相较政府的技术创新投入对全球价值链生产长度和上游度的影响作用更为明显,企业的研发资金投入相较技术创新人员投入对全球价值链生产长度和上游度的作用也更为突出;技术创新产出通过一定的中介效应作用于技术创新投入,能带来全球价值链生产长度的延伸和上游度的攀升。最后,提出应合理突出企业的市场化主导地位,积极开展多层次的技术创新,加大专利申请和知识产权保护,促进技术创新成果的转化与应用。
By combining the panel data of manufacturing technological innovation and global value chain promotion,this paper analyzes the impact of technological innovation of different subjects,types and stages on the promotion of manufacturing global value chain in China from 2003 to 2018.Results show that the technological innovation investment of enterprises has a more obvious impact on the production length and upstream degree of global value chain than that of the government,and the R&D capital investment of enterprises has a more prominent impact on the production length and upstream degree of global value chain than that of technological innovation personnel.Technological innovation output acts on technological innovation input through a certain intermediary effect,which can bring the extension of the production length of the global value chain and the rise of the upstream degree.Through analysis,it puts forward that enterprises should reasonably highlight their market-oriented leading position,actively carry out multi-level technological innovation,increase patent application and intellectual property protection,and promote the transformation and application of technological innovation achievements.
