The Impact of Safety Incentive on Safety Innovation Behavior——The Roles of Knowledge Sharing and Safety Climate

结合创新研究与安全研究,以知识共享为中介变量,安全氛围为调节变量建立被调节的中介模型,从激励视角探究安全激励对员工安全创新行为的作用机制及边界条件,并以294名高危行业企业员工为样本进行实证研究。结果表明:安全激励对员工安全创新行为有显著正向影响;知识共享在安全激励与安全创新行为之间起中介作用;安全氛围正向调节知识共享与安全创新行为之间的关系,并进一步调节知识共享在安全激励与安全创新行为之间的中介作用。

From the perspective of motivation,this paper explores the mechanism and boundary conditions of safety incentives on employees;safe innovation behavior,and conducts an empirical study with 294 employees in high-risk industries as samples.Results show that safety incentive has a significant positive effect on employees’ safety innovation behavior.Knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between safety incentive and safety innovation behavior.Safety climate positively moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing and safety innovation behavior,and further moderates the mediating role of knowledge sharing between safety incentives and safety innovation behavior.
