“工匠精神”融入铁道车辆专业教学的各个环节研究与实践

Research and Practice of Craftsman Spirit Integrated into all Aspects of Railway Vehicle Professional Teaching

近年来,工匠精神的培育成为职业教育发展的热点名词,如何培育工匠精神成为高职院校创新改革的新旋律。此文探讨工匠精神的时代内涵和文化底蕴,分析高等职业院校“工匠精神”培育的现状,并结合湖南铁路科技职业技术学院铁道车辆专业发展现状,对“工匠精神”融入铁道车辆专业教学的各个环节进行有益探索,分别从专业培养体系构建、专业课程教学实践、专业教材及资源建设、校园文化建设四个方面进行分析和总结,为培养德技并修的铁道车辆专业学生提供有效措施和方法,并为其它相近高职专业提供借鉴。

Recently the cultivation of craftsman spirit has become a hot term in the development of vocational education.How to cultivate craftsman spirit becomes the new melody of innovation and reform in higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the connotation of the times and cultural heritage of craftsman spirit,and analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the current development situation of railway vehicle specialty in Hunan Vocational College of Railway Technology,this paper makes a beneficial exploration on the integration of craftsman spirit into the teaching of railway vehicle specialty.It is analyzed and summarized from four aspects:the construction of professional training system,the teaching practice of professional courses,the construction of professional teaching materials and resources,and the construction of campus culture.This paper provides effective measures and methods for cultivating railway vehicle students majoring in both morality and technology,and provides reference for other similar higher vocational majors.
