基于产教融合的高职院校校企“双元”育人模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 现代信息技术的发展以及行业变革对各专业人才要求更为严格,作为人才培养的摇篮,高职院校需要适应用人单位的这一变化,积极探索更有效的人才培养模式。当前产教融合、校企合作已经成为许多高职院校教育教学工作的重点,在这一背景下积极探索校企“双元”育人模式,注重学生知识、专业技能与职业素养的培养,可以使学校人才培养充分与行业、市场对接。本文对产教融合下高职院校校企“双元”育人模式进行了分析,介绍了现阶段校企合作的几种模式,如联合制定人才培养方案、订单式人才培养模式、校企共同参与建设课程与教学资源等,并在此基础上提出通过提高教师教学能力、完善法律体系、加强各方监管等方法,增强校企“双元”育人效果。 The development of modern information technology and industry reforms have stricter requirements for professionals in various fields.As the cradle of talent training,higher vocational colleges need to adapt to this change in employers and actively explore more effective talent training models.At present,the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation have become the focus of education and teaching in many higher vocational colleges.It can make the school personnel training fully connect with the industry and the market.This article analyzes the school-enterprise"dual11 education model of higher vocational colleges under the integration of production and education,and introduces several modes of school-enterprise cooperation at this stage,such as joint talent training programs,order-based talent training models,school-enterprise cooperation Jointly participate in the construction of courses and teaching resources,etc.,and on this basis,methods such as improving teachers'teaching ability,improving the legal system,and strengthening supervision of all parties are proposed to enhance the school-enterprise dual education effect.
