Deconstruction of Transversion Innovation Process Based on Knowledge Transformation Model: Knowledge Creation Perspective

从知识创造视角出发,在传统SECI模型的基础上,考虑企业外部知识源,构建契合颠覆性创新特征的B-SECI模型,根据知识转移流动和创造演化等维度对颠覆性创新的发展特征与演化过程进行解构,分析颠覆性创新演化的内在机理。研究发现,颠覆性创新主要包含隐性知识与显性知识,遵循社会化、外显化、组合化和内隐化等过程,并在具体形式上经历了创意社会化、方案外显化、技术雏形化以及最终的产品商业化阶段。

From the perspective of knowledge creation, on the basis of traditional SECI model, considering the external knowledge sources of enterprises, this paper constructs a B-SECI model that fits the characteristics of transversion innovation, deconstructs the development characteristics and evolution process of transversion innovation according to the dimensions of knowledge transfer flow and creation evolution, and analyzes the internal mechanism of transversion innovation evolution. The study found that transversion innovation mainly includes tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, following the process of socialization, explicit, combination and implicit, and has experienced the socialization of creativity, explicit scheme, prototype technology and the final stage of product commercialization.
