粤港澳大湾区高校间科研合作创新的现状和空间结构——基于中国知网数据库的社会网络分析

Current Situation and Spatial Structure of Scientific Research Cooperation and Innovation Among Universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area:Analysis of Social Networks Based on the National Knowledge Infrastructure Database

通过社会网络分析方法,选取城市群中粤港澳大湾区城市群中20所高校作为考察对象,以中国知网数据库为检索平台,分析各高校间科研合作创新水平,了解其科研合作创新的基本情况。研究发现,粤港澳大湾区20所高校间科研合作频次较低,港澳高校普遍存在合作动力不足的现状,且港澳高校参与度更低,广东省内高校之间的合作占据主导地位;其合作频次依赖于相关政策和学科优势;合作模式主要通过研究项目与学术交流,科研合作创新模式呈现出强强联手、跨地合作的新模式。此外,为推动粤港澳大湾区城市群高校间科研合作创新和改善其合作空间结构,文章研究提出突破地域壁垒限制、开展多层次合作、统筹跨区域学科合作以及依托研究项目增进粤港澳大湾区合作创新趋向集群化发展等建议。

This research selects 20 universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area city cluster as the objects of investigation through the social network analysis method, using the National Knowledge Infrastructure Database as the search platform to promote the cognition of their scientific research cooperation and innovation.The research found that there are low levels of frequent cooperation in common among the 20 universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the current situation of insufficient cooperation motivation have been being existed in Hong Kong and Macao universities, accompanied by even lower participation.Relevant policies and disciplinary advantages have been a vital role in cooperation frequency among inland universities dominates which more adopt research projects and academic exchanges to presents a new mode of strongly cross-location cooperation in scientific research cooperation. In addition, this paper puts forward suggestions such as breaking through the restrictions of geographical barriers, developing multi-level cooperation, coordinating cross-regional disciplinary cooperation and relying on research projects to promote the innovation of scientific research cooperation among universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area city cluster and improve spatial structure of cooperation.
