机器人视觉导航传感器的电力设备运行采集与分析

摘要 本文提出了一种基于机器人视觉导航传感器技术的电力设备运行采集系统。利用单目视觉算法完善机器人的导航定位功能,进而实现电力设备运行状态的采集,还设计了电力设备运行分析系统,包括用户管理模块、检测电池性能模块、检测变电设备模块、检测输电设备模块、电力设备信息管理模块,采用Hadoop中的关键技术HDFS和Map Reduce,实现电力设备运行数据的分析。实验结果表明,本文研究的系统对电力设备运行采集的速率达到了2450条/min,并且采集数据更新频率在47 s/次,能够实现电力设备运行采集的实时性。 In the paper,a power equipment operation collection system based on robot vision navigation sensor technology is proposed.The monocular vision algorithm is used to improve the navigation and positioning functions of the robot,and then realize the collection of the operation status of the power equipment.The operation analysis system of the power equipment is also designed,including the user management module,the battery performance detection module,the detection substation equipment module,and the power transmission detection system.The five modules of equipment module and power equipment information management module adopt the key technolo-gies HDFS and Map Reduce in Hadoop to realize the analysis of power equipment operation data.The experiment results show that the system has a collection rate of 2450 pieces/min for the operation of power equipment,and the update frequency of collected data is 47 s/time,which can realize the real-time collection of power equipment operation.
