Necessity of On-site Personnel Management in Power Engineering Management

电力工程施工过程中,由于个人技术、管理制度等多方面的原因,造成工程返工等问题,因此,作为工作人员应对工程的施工过程进行严格管理,保证施工质量。本文着重分析了电力工程环境、施工人员、技术水平等问题。这些问题严重影响工程工期和质量,也埋下了一定的安全隐患。针对这些问题,结合工作中的经验,提出针对性的建议,通过加强现场人员管理,及时避免不良工程的发生。

In the process of electric power engineering construction,due to various reasons such as personal technology and management system,problems such as project rework are caused.Therefore,the staff should strictly manage the construction process of the project to ensure the construction quality.This article focuses on the analysis of electric power engineering environment,construction personnel,technical level and other issues.These problems have seriously affected the construction period and quality of the project,and also buried certain safety hazards.In response to these problems,combined with the experience in the work,this article proposes targeted suggestions of strengthening the management of on-site personnel to avoid the occurrence of adverse projects in time.
