Research on Safety and Stability Maintenance in Urban Renewal Development--Experience of Shanghai Fengxian Nanqiaoyuan Project

南桥源城市更新项目位于奉贤南桥老城区中心,周边小区环绕,人员密集,每个项目所处区域位置都显得地形复杂,如何避免以往项目频繁发生的居民投诉现象成为我们的思考问题。本着便民、利民、少扰民的原则,建设单位南桥源公司携同项目参建各方从安全文明施工和社会稳定角度出发,制定了详细的项目安全生产与综合治理的管理实施方案,重重部署、层层落实,将项目安全稳定、顺利推进。

The Nanqiaoyuan Urban Renewal Project is located in the center of the old urban area of Nanqiao in Fengxian,which is surrounded by communities and densely populated.The location of each project has a complex terrain.How to avoid the complaints from residents frequently occurred in previous projects has become our thinking direction.Based on the principles of convenient to people,benefiting people and less disturbance to people,the construction unit Nanqiaoyuan Company,together with all parties involved in the project,has formulated a detailed project management implementation plan for safe production and comprehensive management from the perspective of safe and civilized construction and social stability.Multiple-level deployment and layer-by-layer implementation ensure the safe,stable and smooth progress of the project.
