本文主要就国土空间规划背景下土地利用与城乡发展问题进行探讨,从国土空间规划的层面去探讨城乡发展中土地利用的相关问题,明确当前土地利用的现状,并探明城乡发展战略之下土地科学利用的有效路径,以指导做好国土空间规划工作,解决城乡发展二元矛盾,推动城乡统筹一体化发展。

This article mainly discusses the problems of land use and urban-rural development under the background of national territorial space planning,discusses the related issues of land use in urban and rural development from the perspective of national territorial space planning,clarifies the current status of land use,and finds out an effective path for the scientific use of land under the urban and rural development strategy so as to guide the national territorial space planning work,solve the dual contradiction in urban and rural development,and promote the coordinated and integrated development of urban and rural areas.
