摘要
通过实地调研绍兴地区既有住宅几种常见加装电梯位置,经模拟日照计算,对比不同位置加装电梯前后周边建筑的日照时数变化,从日照影响的角度分析加装电梯的合理位置,确定可能受影响的房间,为既有住宅加装电梯决策提供参考。
Through field investigation of several common locations for installing elevators in existing residential buildings in Shaoxing area,and based on the simulation of solar calculation,the changes in sunlight hours of surrounding buildings before and after the installation of elevators at different locations are compared.From the perspective of sunlight impact,the reasonable locations for installing elevators are analyzed,and the rooms that may be affected are identified,providing a reference for the decision to install elevators in existing residential buildings.
