Applications of Auxiliary Equipment in Freeway Toll Collection After the Cancellation of Provincial Border Toll Stations

伴随着高速公路收费模式的变化,联网收费系统也发生了巨大的变化,车辆通行里程变长,收费站间的连通性更加复杂,收费特情处置方式也发生巨大的变化,传统人工查询费率的方式已经无法满足快速通行的需求.结合新的联网系统特点,本文讨论了完善便携式收费设备功能,增加ETC补充交易设备等方式的技术手段,结果显示,这些技术手段的实施可显著提高收费特情处置的效率,提升车辆通行效率.

Along with the change of charging mode,the freeway network toll collection system has undergone great changes,there is also the tremendous change in special events,handling with the traveling mileage is getting farther and the connectivity between toll stations is getting more complicated.The manual way of checking the fee rates can not adapt to the needs of fast passing.Combined with the features of new network system,deploying the portable charging equipment and supplementary trading equipment has significantly improved on the toll collection special events handling efficiency and vehicle passing rate.
