摘要
本文阐述了密封材料内部气体快速减压(RGD)过程,以及RGD在水下增压和泵送系统中发生的过程;还阐述了海底设备破坏的方式,以及如何通过设计、弹性密封材料选择和设备操作方式来预防或减少这种破坏。虽然任何泵送系统均会一定程度上受RGD的影响,但可以采取一些措施来缓解这一现象。
This paper describes the process of rapid gas decompression(RGD)inside the sealing material,and the process of RGD occurring in underwater pressurization and pumping systems.It also describes how subsea equipment is damaged and how this damage can be reduced through design,choice of elastomeric seal material,and how the equipment operates.While any pumping system will be affected to some extent by RGD,there are steps that can be taken to reduce this phenomenon.
