幼儿园教师培训课程模型建构与实施——以集体教育活动组织与实施为例

摘要 当前我国幼儿园教师培训课程存在着针对性不强、内容泛化、方式单一等问题。针对这些问题,基于全视角学习理论构建了由学习内容、动机和互动维度共同组成的“三脚架模型”,即包含加深专业理解、解决实际问题和提升自身经验三个模块的学习内容体系,注意、相关、自信、满意四个阶段的学习动机系统,分布式领导、共同愿景、共享的个人实践、支持性环境、合作互助五个要素的学习互动平台。运用“三脚架模型”对北京市某区31名教师进行培训,通过单组前后测准实验法,从反应层、学习层、效果层和结果层四个方面验证“三脚架模型”的有效性,为我国幼儿园教师培训提供借鉴。 The current kindergarten teacher training courses in China have such problems as poor pertinence,generalization of content, and single methods. This study builds a "tripod model" of kindergarten teacher training courses based on the holistic learning theory, which includes the learning content system of the three modules of "deepening professional understanding, solving practical problems, and improving your experience", the learning motivation system of the four stages of "attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction", and use this model to train31 teachers in a certain district of Beijing. The validity of the "tripod model" is verified from the four aspects of the reaction layer, the learning layer, the effect layer and the result layer through the single-group before and after test quasi-experiment method, which can provide a reference for the training of kindergarten teachers in China.
