摘要
主要介绍一种适用于电力行业变电站的带电清洗绝缘子智能清洗、高架线缆冬季带电除冰及高空电缆头的现场抢险标准化作业的可移动式专用电力工程机械设备。该设备包括1个手握智能式带电绝缘子清洗机械手、1个手握智能式带电线路除冰机械手、1个高空作业的旋转平台及1套可收折式的一站式电缆头快速施工装置,为行业变电站带电绝缘子的清洗、高架线路的冬季除冰、电缆头标准化作业等提供了一套行之有效的选项方案。
This paper introduces the mobile mechanical equipment of power engineering with the functions of live smart insulator cleaning,live deicing of overhead cables in winter and on-the-spot standardized emergency operation,which can be applied in substations.The equipment can provide a smart hand-held mechanical arm for live insulator cleaning,a smart hand-held mechanical arm for live line deicing,an aerial rotating platform and a set of folding one-stop rapid construction device for cable heads,which offers an effective scheme of live insulator cleaning,deicing of overhead cables in winter and standardized operation of cable heads for substations.
