强化理论视域下思政课教师素质培养的路径探析

A Study on the Ways of Quality Cultivation for Teachers of the Course of Ideological and Political Theories from Skinner s Reinforcement Theory

党的十九大以来,党中央对教育工作特别是思想政治教育工作高度重视,始终坚持马克思主义指导地位,大力推进中国特色社会主义学科体系建设,为思政课教师素质培养提供了根本保证。依据斯金纳强化理论,围绕斯金纳强化理论和思政课教师素质培养的关系,从源头性、跟踪性、结果性3个方面注重对思政课教师素质的方法性、时效性、反馈性培养,实现斯金纳强化理论与思政课教师素质培养的良性互动,从而建立一支有渊博学识、有教学能力、有政治信仰的高素质思政课教师队伍。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to education,especially ideological and political education.It has always adhered to the guiding position of Marxism,vigorously promoted the construction of the discipline system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and provided a fundamental guarantee for the cultivation of teachers of the course of ideological and political theories.Based on Skinner s reinforcement theory and the relationship between the theory and the cultivation of the teachers quality,this paper probes into the cultivation in the aspects of the source,tracking and result.Furthermore,the method,timeliness and feedback should be emphasized in the above three aspects respectively.The aim is to realize the positive interaction between the theory and the cultivation as well as establishing a team of high-quality teachers with profound knowledge,teaching ability and political belief.
