铜绿假单胞菌Fis的研究进展

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa, PA)是一种条件致病性革兰阴性菌,其耐药性的产生正受到越来越多的关注。PA反转刺激因子(factor for inversion stimulation from Pseudomonas aeruginosa, PaFis)是一种作用范围广泛的转录调节因子,可通过调节Ⅲ型分泌系统(type III secretion system, T3SS)影响毒力因子的表达,通过下调rRNA的转录使核糖体组装缺陷减少,通过调控脓菌素的合成使PA产生对喹诺酮类抗生素的耐药性。现对PaFis的结构、功能及调控等方面的研究作一概述,为PA的致病性及耐药机制提供依据,并为其防控提供参考。 Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA) is a conditionally pathogenic Gram-negative bacillus. Its drug resistance is increasingly drawing the world’s attention. Factor for inversion stimulation from Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PaFis) is a transcriptional regulator with a wide range of actions. It can affect the expression of virulence factors by regulating the type III secretion system(T3 SS), reduce defects in ribosome assembly by depressing the transcription of rRNA, and regulate pyocin biosynthesis resulting in the antibiotic resistance of PA to quinolone. This review summarizes researches focusing on the structure, function and life progress regulated by PaFis, to provide the basis for the pathogenicity and drug resistance mechanism of PA, and thus contribute to its prevention and control.
