摘要 针对医院高值耗材管理中的问题,提出并实施建立健全管理制度、规范材料采购流程、完善技术支持规定、建立高值耗材管理系统、进行信息化溯源、利用条形码技术与收费系统无缝对接、对高值耗材进行闭环管理与全程监管等措施,从而有效提升高值耗材的管理效率,促使其规范化操作,对降低医院成本、提高医院内部建设等方面具有重大的意义。从源头上保障了患者的切身利益,为患者健康保驾护航。 To address the problems in the management of high-value consumables in hospitals, this article proposed a series of countermeasures, including: establishing a sound management system;standardizing procurement processes;optimizing regulations on technical support;forming a high-value consumables management system;setting up an IT-based tracking system;integrating barcode technology with charging system;and implementing closed-loop management and whole-process supervision of high-value consumables. These measures can effectively raise the management efficiency of high-value consumables and promote standardized operation, which is of great signiflcance to reducing hospital costs, improving hospital internal construction, and ultimately beneflting the patients and safeguarding their health.
