Characteristics and Enlightenment of Latin American Vocational Education System--Take Argentina and Brazil for Example

拉丁美洲国家职业教育已进入整体发展新阶段。立足于职业教育国际比较的视角,研究拉丁美洲国家职业教育体系的特点,探讨其职业教育体系中的特色做法。非正规职业教育培训、高度国际化与市场化、课程专业设置多样化、“S”系统培训模式,这些经验与我国职业教育发展和“一带一路”倡议有着契合点。在丰富现代职业教育体系的理论同时也为我国职业教育发展提供借鉴。

Vocational education in Latin American countries has entered a new stage of overall development. Based on the perspective of international comparison of vocational education,the characteristics of the vocational education system in Latin American countries are analyzed and the characteristic practices of its vocational education system are explored. In terms of vocational education,the characteristics of informal vocational education and training,high internationalization and marketization,diversified curriculum and professional settings,and“S”system training mode are in line with the development of The Belt and Road strategy in China. It enriches the theory of modern vocational education system and provides reference for the development of vocational education in our country.
