摘要
为了解决某车型整车共振问题,文章对整车的噪音、振动及关键点振动进行分析,分析问题产生主要原因是发动机扭振引起的变速箱敲击。为进一步明确动力系统各部件的影响性,设计了交叉互换性试验,找出了主要影响部件为离合器,对离合器特性进行测试分析,明确是由离合器阻尼参数差异引起,从而优化离合器刚度及阻尼,解决整车共振问题。
In order to solve the resonance problem of a vehicle,through the analysis of the noise,vibration and key point vibration of the vehicle,it is analyzed that the main cause of the problem is the knock of the gearbox caused by the torsional vibration of the engine.In order to further clarify the influence of various components of the power system,the cross interchangeability test is designed,the main influencing component is found to be the clutch,and the characteristics of the clutch are tested and analyzed.It is clearly caused by the difference of clutch damping parameters,so as to optimize the clutch stiffness and damping and solve the problem of vehicle resonance.
