摘要
针对某试制车型在车身淋雨过程中车身产生漏雨的问题,文章结合现场实际作业情况,从焊装工艺、涂装工艺、总装工艺、淋雨设备等方面系统分析,并通过工艺验证,找到了关于车身淋雨时产生漏水的改进方案,且改进方案在实际应用中取得了较好的成效,有效提升了产品质量及客户满意度。对后续新开发车型的防漏水措施具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
Based on the problem of body leakage in the process of rain test of a trial production model,combined with the actual operation on site,this paper systematically analyzes and verifies the welding process,coating process,final assembly process and rain equipment,and finds out the improvement scheme of body leakage,which has achieved good results in practical application and effectively improved the product quality and customer satisfaction.It has certain reference and guiding significance for the follow-up body leakage prevention measures of newly developed models.
