摘要
基因工程是一门系统性和实操性很强的学科之一,实验课是理论课的延伸,也是生命科学人才培养的重要环节。面对研究型人才培养需求的增加,文章通过设计实验课程内容,选用不同的教学方法和优化课程评价体系三个方面改进实验课程的教学方案,以达到激发学生科研兴趣、强化学生实验操作技能、培养学生系统性分析问题和解决问题能力及创新思维,提高研究生培养质量的目的。
Genetic Engineering is an important course with strong systematic and practical operation.The experimental course is an extension of the theoretical course and an important link in the cultivation of life science talents.Facing the increasing demand for the cultivation of research-oriented talents,designing the content of the experimental course,selecting different teaching methods and optimizing the course evaluation system are used to improve the teaching plan of the experimental course.These reforms can stimulate the students’interest in scientific research,strengthen the students’experimental operation,and cultivate students’ability to analyze and solve problems systematically and innovatively,and improve the quality of postgraduate training.
