TCM Diagnostic and Therapeutic Experience in COVID-19

新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)(简称新冠肺炎)患者大部分以发热、咳嗽、乏力为主要症状。根据采集的四诊信息,审证求因,研判核心病机,认为新冠肺炎属于温病的范畴,病邪性质属于湿毒疫,并从新冠肺炎的辨证体系、用药特点、临床治疗期及恢复期的注意事项等方面进行探讨,以期指导临床,提高疗效。

COVID-19 patients mostly manifest fever,cough and fatigue as the main symptoms.According to the collected four diagnostic information,the core pathogenesis is studied and judged by examining evidence and seeking cause,it is believed that COVID-19 belongs to the category of febrile disease,the nature of pathogen pertains to damp-toxin epidemic,the system of syndrome differentiation of COVID-19,medication characteristics,the tips of clinical treatment stage and recovery stage are discussed,with the intention of guiding clinical application and improving clinical effects.
