基于数据挖掘分析国医大师郭诚杰治疗乳癖的用药规律

Analysis of Chinese Medicine Expert Guo Chengjie′s Medication Law of Treating Breast Lumps Based on Data Mining

目的:基于古今医案云平台(V2.2.1)软件,分析并探讨国医大师郭诚杰教授治疗乳癖的用药规律。方法:收集整理郭诚杰教授临床治疗乳癖医案370例,采用古今医案云平台进行数据挖掘,对医案处方用药频次、四气、五味、归经进行描述性统计,关联分析和聚类分析。结果:高频药物包括当归、香附、延胡索等;药性多温、平;药味以辛、苦、甘为主;归经多入肝、脾经。其中高频药物组合包括当归-香附、延胡索-香附、当归-白芍等,聚类分析药对包括“白芍-柴胡-延胡索-当归-香附”“白术-茯苓”。结论:郭诚杰教授治疗乳癖以“疏通补调”四法为主,其用药平和。

Objective:To analyze and explore professor Guo Chengjie′s medication laws of treating breast lumps based on ancient and modern medical cases cloud platform V2.2.1 software.Methods:The team collected 370 cases of breast lumps treated by professor Guo Chengjie,and used the"ancient and modern medical cases cloud platform(V2.2.1)"for data mining.Descriptive statistics,association analysi entropism and cluster analysis were carried out on the medication frequency,four natures,five flavors and meridianentropism of prescriptions in medical records.Results:High-frequency medicine contains Danggui(Angelica sinensis),Xiangfu(Rhizoma Cyperi),Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis)and others;the nature of the drug mostly is warm and neutral;the flavors of the drug are pungent,bitter and sweet mainly;the meridians enter liver and spleen,among them,high-frequency medicine combination include Danggui-Xiangfu,Yanhusuo-Xiangfu and Danggui-Baishao(Radix Paeoniae),cluster analysis drug pairs are"Baishao-Chaihu(Chinese Thorowax Root)-Yanhusuo-Danggui-Xiangfu""Baizhu(Largehead Atractylodes)-Fuling(Indian Buead)".Conclusion:Professor Guo Chengjie adopts"dredging,unobstructing,supplementing and regulating"as therapeutic methods in the treatment of breast lumps,the drugs are warm and neutral.
