国内“健康中国”战略研究现状的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of the Research Status of Domestic"Healthy China"Strategy

目的:针对国内形势的动态发展,分析我国“健康中国”战略研究和合作的现况,归纳总结热点前沿和趋势。方法:运用文献计量方法,检索2016—2020年中国知网数据库中有关“健康中国”的全部文献,利用Excel梳理发文量、机构、基金等数据,通过VOSviewer、CiteSpace对作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入有效文献640篇,其中有396篇被基金资助。三分之一的文章来源于北京,王秀峰是发表相关文献最多的作者(发表8篇,占1.25%),华中科技大学同济医学院卫生管理学院(发表9篇,占1.41%)是对此研究最多的机构。当前“健康中国”研究的热点是医学生、预防和体医融合。结论:健康中国的相关研究受到学术界高度重视,但作者及各大研究机构之间缺少学术合作。随着互联网的发展,对于政策的研究需要加强不同地区多领域的区域联动合作,这将对中国健康体系的发展和完善提供很大帮助。

Objective:To analyze the current situation of"healthy China"strategic research and cooperation,and summarize hotspots,frontier and the trends in view of the dynamic development of the domestic situation.Methods:All the papers on"healthy China"from 2016 to 2020 were searched from CNKI using bibiometric method,the information of the quantities of research papers,organization and funds was extracted by Excel for statistics and analysis,the visual analysis on the author,the organizations and keywords was performed by VOS viewer and CiteSpace software.Results:All 640 effective papers are included in the study,among them,396 ones are supported by the funds.One third of the papers are from Beijing.Wang Xiufeng is the author who published the most relevant papers(eight articles are published and hold 1.25%),school of health management,Tongji Medical college of Huazhong University of Science and Technology(nine articles are published and hold 1.41%)is the organization of which did the researches the most.Currently,research hotspots of"healthy China"are medical students,prevention and the integration of exercise and medicine.Conclusion:The related studies on"healthy China"are highly valued in the academic field,while the academic cooperation between the authors and all the research institutions is inadequate.With the development of the internet,the regional linkage cooperation needs to be enhanced between the institutions and different regions for the policy research,which could provide great help for the development and improvement of China′s health system.
