摘要
目的:探讨双芪参滴丸联合尼可地尔对缺血性心绞痛患者的临床疗效及对血清肌酸激酶同工酶MB(creatine kinase MB,CKMB)、高敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、N末端B型钠尿肽原(N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide,NT-ProBNP)水平的影响。方法:选取确诊为缺血性心绞痛患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组应用尼可地尔治疗,观察组应用双芪参滴丸联合尼可地尔治疗。比较两组血清CKMB、hs-CRP和NT-ProBNP水平,西雅图量表疗效积分,心绞痛疗效。结果:治疗后两组血清CKMB、hs-CRP、NT-ProBNP水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组西雅图量表各维度疗效评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛有效率[90.3%(37/41)]高于对照组[80.5%(33/41)](P<0.05)。结论:芪参滴丸联合尼可地尔治疗缺血性心绞痛,可提高临床疗效,其治疗机制可能与改善患者CKMB、hs-CRP和NT-ProBNP水平有关。
Objective:To investigate clinical effect of Shuangqishen dripping pills combined with nicorandil in the treatment of ischemic angina pectoris and its influence on the levels of CKMB,hs-CRP and NT-ProBNP.Methods:All 82 patients with confirmed ischemic angina pectoris were chosen,and randomized into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group took nicorandil orally,and the observation group was treated by Shuangqishen dripping pills and nicorandil.To compare the levels of CKMB,hs-CRP and NT-ProBNP,the scores of Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)and clinical effects of angina pectoris.Results:After the treatment,the levels of CKMB,hs-CRP and NT-ProBNP in both groups were lower than these before treating(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after the treatment,efficacy scores of the dimensions of SAQ in both groups were higher than these before treating(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);AP effective rate of the observation group was[90.3%(37/41)],higher than[80.5%(33/41)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuangqishen dripping pills combined with nicorandil in the treatment of ischemic angina pectoris could raise clinical therapeutic effects,and its mechanism might be related to improving the levels of CKMB,hs-CRP and NT-ProBNP.
