摘要
高压开关柜是电力系统中承担连接功能的重要设备,柜体内部的元器件种类繁多、连接触点较多,易受周围环境和老化锈蚀等内外因素影响。本文基于开关柜内部结构和物体热传理论,通过fluent软件对开关柜内元部件开展数学建模,通过仿真分析产生发热故障时开关柜内部传热特性,掌握元器件及动、静触头在开关柜内部的热传规律特点,及时为开关柜内部元器件过热故障开展预警,指导技术人员进行故障排查,避免造成更大的事故损失。
High-voltage switchgear is an important equipment that serves the connection function in the power system.There are many types of components and many connection contacts inside the cabinet,which are easily affected by internal and external factors such as the surrounding environment,aging and corrosion.Based on the internal structure of the switchgear and the theory of heat transfer,the fluent software is used to establish a mathematical model of the components inside the switchgear.Through simulation and analysis of the heat transfer characteristics inside the switch cabinet when a heating fault occurs,the characteristics of the heat transfer laws of the components and the moving&static contacts inside the switch cabinet are obtained,so as to provide timely early warning for overheating faults of the components inside the switch cabinet and guide technicians to conduct troubleshooting to avoid further losses.
