摘要
为改善湿式离合器充油过程的控制效果,在建立离合器充油过程数值模型基础上,基于MATLAB/Simulink软件建立充油模型进行仿真分析,并搭建试验台进行验证,获得充油流量与离合器升压特性关系,进一步研究了油液温度、回位弹簧刚度和预压缩量以及摩擦副间隙对离合器预充油影响规律。最终得出离合器不同阶段充油需求与预充油控制方法,并为离合器充油过程的参数匹配与优化提供了理论基础。
With the purpose of improving the control effect of the wet clutch oiling process,on the basis of the numerical model of the clutch oiling process,an oiling model based on MATLAB/Simulink software was established for simulation analysis,and a test bed was built for verification.The relationship between the oil flow rate and the boost characteristics of the clutch was obtained.The influence of oil temperature,return spring stiffness and pre-compression as well as the friction sub gap on clutch pre-filling was further investigated.Finally,the oiling requirements and pre-filling control method for different clutch stages was gotten.It provides a theoretical basis for parameters matching and optimization of the clutch oiling process.
