超声波流量计于计量设施在线校准的应用

Application of ultrasonic flowmeter in on-line calibration of metering facilities

为提升监测计量数据质量,加强监测计量成果应用,采用便携式超声波流量计作为检测设备,对共计15个计量设施进行在线校准工作,得到相应管道流量数据,验证了超声波流量计应用于计量设施在线校准的科学性,并对实际操作过程中遇到的问题提出了相应对策,旨在提升监测计量数据质量。

In order to improve the quality of monitoring and metering data and strengthen the application of monitoring and metering results,the portable ultrasonic flowmeter(Fluxus f601)was used as the testing equipment to conduct online calibration for a total of 15 metering facilities,and the corresponding pipeline flow data were obtained,which verified the application of ultrasonic flowmeters to online calibration of metering facilities.The scientific nature of the research was carried out,and corresponding countermeasures for the problems encountered in the actual operation were put forward in order to improve the quality of monitoring and metering data.
