气化灰渣灌浆流动特性实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on flow characteristics of gasification ash slag grouting

摘要 通过元素分析和X射线荧光光谱分析,分析了气化灰渣含有的元素和化学成分,提出将气化灰渣作为灌浆防灭火材料灌注到井下采空区;为解决气化灰渣浆液远距离运输过程中易堵塞管路的问题,以高分子表面活性剂羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为悬浮剂,利用悬浮与流动实验,测试了不同水灰比和不同悬浮剂添加量下浆液的析水率和流动性能。结果表明:气化灰渣中含有多种金属元素和非金属元素,这些元素主要以氧化物的形式存在,含量较高的氧化物有SiO_(2)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaO、Al_(2)O_(3);当气化灰渣和CMC的添加量增加时,浆液的析水率逐渐减小,流动度逐渐降低;通过对比浆液悬浮性和流动性,水灰比为1∶0.2时,最佳CMC添加量是1.25%;水灰比为1∶0.4、1∶0.6、1∶0.8时,CMC最佳添加量为0.5%;当水灰比为1∶1时,CMC最佳添加量为0.25%;水灰比超过1∶1时,浆液呈现膏状,不满足灌浆的要求。 This paper analyzes the elements and chemical components contained in the gasification ash through elemental analysis and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,and proposes that the gasification ash should be poured into underground goaf as grouting fire prevention material.In order to solve the problem that the gasification ash slurry is easy to block the pipeline during the longdistance transportation process,the polymer surfactant carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)is used as the suspending agent.Water separation rate and fluidity of the slurry are tested by suspension and flow experiments under different water-cement ratios and suspending agent additions.The results show that the gasification ash contains a variety of metal elements and non-metal elements.These elements mainly exist in the form of oxides.The oxides with higher content are SiO_(2),Fe_(2)O_(3),CaO and Al_(2)O_(3).When the amount of gasification ash and CMC increased,the water extraction rate and fluidity of grout decreased gradually.Through the suspension test,when the slurry water-cement ratio is 1∶0.2,the CMC addition amount should be greater than 1.25%.When the water-cement ratio is 1∶0.4,1∶0.6 or 1∶0.8,the CMC addition amount should be greater than 0.5%.If the water-cement ratio is 1∶1,the addition amount of CMC should be greater than 0.25%.If the water-cement ratio exceeds 1∶1,the slurry appears as paste,which does not meet the requirements of grouting.
