摘要
针对煤矿井下顶板高位大直径定向钻孔对钻机的实际需求,研发了具备一次成孔直径153 mm以上的定向钻机成套装备;对钻机的总体布局、大流量泥浆泵车、大扭矩动力头、大推力给进系统、“刹车优先”逻辑控制液压系统、辅助上杆装置等关键技术进行了研究。钻机性能测试及在河南鹤壁三矿工业性试验结果表明:钻机整体性能稳定、泥浆泵车排渣能力强,大幅提高了顶板高位钻孔一次成孔直径和深度。
According to the actual demand of high-level large-diameter directional drilling rig for underground roof in coal mine,a complete set of directional drilling rig equipment with a primary hole diameter of more than 153 mm is developed.The key technologies such as the overall layout of the drilling rig,large-flow mud pump truck,large-torque power head,large thrust feeding system,“brake priority”logic control hydraulic system,auxiliary rod loading device and other technologies are studied.The results of rig performance test and industrial test in Hebi No.3 mine,Henan Province show that the overall performance of drilling rig is stable,and the sludge discharge capacity of mud pump truck is strong,which greatly improves the diameter and depth of hole forming at the top level of the roof.
