摘要
基于弓状结构及楔形刀具侵入岩体特性,研制出一款适用于原位岩体抗剪强度测量的新型预钻式原位岩体剪切仪。对预钻式原位岩体剪切仪的总体结构进行了设计,采用有限元分析软件对关键部件进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明关键部件设计合理;对剪切仪进行了标定试验,并在浇筑的混凝土平台进行现场试验,试验表明性能参数达到了设计要求,并具有良好的原位测试性能。
Based on the arched structure and the characteristics of the wedge-shaped cutter intruding into the rock mass,a new pre-drilling in-situ rock mass shearing instrument suitable for in-situ rock mass shear strength measurement has been developed.By designing the overall structure of the pre-drilling in-situ rock mass shear instrument,and using finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze the key components,the simulation results show that the design of the key components is reasonable;in addition,the shear instrument is calibrated and tested.The field test was carried out on the poured concrete platform,and the test showed that the performance parameters met the design requirements and had good in-situ test performance.
