摘要
为研究不同钙和非植酸磷水平的日粮和植酸酶对黄脚麻母鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,试验选择1日龄黄脚麻母鸡1440只,随机分成高钙磷组、中钙磷组、低钙磷组和植酸酶组(200 g/t),每组6个重复,每重复60只。试验分为4个阶段,1~14、15~28、29~43日龄和44~60日龄。1~14日龄:钙、非植酸磷水平依次为0.95(0.38)、0.85(0.34)、0.75(0.3)、0.75(0.3);15~28日龄:钙、非植酸磷水平依次为0.85(0.34)、0.75(0.3)、0.65(0.26)、0.65(0.26);29~43日龄:钙、非植酸磷水平依次为0.75(0.3)、0.65(0.26)、0.55(0.22)、0.55(0.22);44~60日龄:钙、非植酸磷水平依次为0.65(0.26)、0.55(0.22)、0.45(0.18)、0.45(0.18)。结果表明:各组黄脚麻母鸡的初始重、末重、日增重、日采食量和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05);与其他组相比,植酸酶组40日龄黄脚麻母鸡的血清磷含量显著提高(P<0.05)。综上,适当降低日粮钙磷水平,对1~60日龄黄脚麻母鸡生长性能和血清钙磷含量均无显著影响,而在黄脚麻母鸡低钙磷日粮中添加200 g/t植酸酶可显著提高40日龄黄脚麻母鸡血清磷含量。
This experiment was to study the effects of diets with different levels of calcium(Ca),nonphytate phosphorus(NPP)and phytase on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes in female yellowfeet broilers.A total of 14401-day-old female yellow-feet broilers were selected and randomly divided into the high level calcium and phosphorus group,the medium calcium and phosphorus group,the low calcium and phosphorus group and the phytase group(200 g/t),with 6 replicates for each treatment and 60 birds each replicate,and the test was divided into 4 stages,from 1 to 14 day,from 15 to 28 day,from 29 to 42 day and from43 to 60 day.From 1 to 14 day:the level of calcium and non-phytate phosphorus were 0.95(0.38),0.85(0.34),0.75(0.3),0.75(0.3);From 15 to 28 day:the levels of calcium and non-phytate phosphoruswere 0.85(0.34),0.75(0.3),0.65(0.26),0.65(0.26);From 29 to 43 day:the level of calcium and were 0.75(0.3),0.65(0.26),0.55(0.22),0.55(0.22);From 44 to 60 day:the level of calcium and non-phytate phosphorus were 0.65(0.26),0.55(0.22),0.45(0.18),0.45(0.18).The results showed that there were no significant difference in the initial weight,final weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake and F/G(P>0.05);Compared with other groups,phytase increased the level of phosphorus at 40 d in female yellow-feet broilers(P<0.05).In summary,appropriately reducing the serum level of calcium and phosphorus in diet could not affect the growth performance and serum level of calcium and phosphorus form 1 to 60 day.Besides,adding 200 g/t phytase to the low calcium and phosphorus diet increased the serum phosphorus content of 40-day-old yellow-feet broiilers.
