西藏主要饲料作物中维生素E含量的测定

摘要 维生素E(VE)是动物机体重要的抗氧化物质,也是家畜全混合日粮(TMR)饲料中必须满足的成分。本文通过分析西藏主要饲料作物中维生素E的含量,为家畜合理补饲及饲草配方提供基础数据。本实验采用荧光分光光度法测定饲料作物中VE的含量。结果表明:12种粮食作物与5类豆类作物进行两组均数间的t检验,豆类组间的VE含量显著高于粮食作物,F=27.049,P=0.000,差异极显著。对5类豆类进行组间F检验,F=30.780,P=0.000,差异极显著,含量最高的是黄豆,为(210.904±7.089)μg/g,最低的是刀豆,含量为(145.130±7.301)μg/g。12种粮食作物中,VE含量最高的是青稞,含量为(50.135±1.539)μg/g,最低的是糯米,含量为(23.887±1.400)μg/g,组间F=63.705,P=0.000,差异极显著。综上,黄豆和西藏主要粮食作物青稞可作为主要VE饲料的来源,合理搭配饲料,可以减少当地家畜营养代谢性疾病的发生。 Vitamin E was important antioxidant substance in animal organism and must be satisfied in TMR feed of livestock.Inorder to analyze vitamin E content in the main forage crop in Tibet to provide essential data for reasonable supplementary feeding and forage formula of livestock.The VE content in forage crop were determined by fluorescence spectrophotometer.The results showed that the VE content of 12 grain crops and 5 legume crops were significantly higher than grain crops(F=27.049,P=0.000)by t-test between the two groups.The F-test of 5 kinds of beans showed that F=30.780,P=0.000,and the difference was very significant.The highest content was soybean[(210.904±7.089)μg/g],and lowest content was canavalia gladiate[(145.130±7.301)μg/g].The VE content of highland barley was highest[(50.135±1.539)μg/g],and glutinous rice was lowest[(23.887±1.400)μg/g]in among 12 grain crops by F-test.The different was extremely significant in between groups F=63.705,P=0.000.In conclusion that soybean and highland barley was the first choice as the VE feed in Tibet.Rational mixture of feed could reduce the illness of nutritional metabolic diseases in local livestock.
