摘要
“运动是良医”于2007年由美国运动医学会和美国医学会正式提出,2012年6月在我国正式推广,推动了运动促进健康理念的进一步发展。现实生活中,一部分人生活方式和饮食习惯中能量摄入显著大于能量消耗,这种能量摄入和消耗的不平衡不仅会引起体重增加导致肥胖,还会引起其他的身体疾病。运动可以促进能量代谢,改善身体成分。一次运动而非长期运动对身体也能产生影响,纵观目前运动能量消耗的研究中关于急性运动方面的涉及较少。该文总结了急性运动在不同运动方式与强度下以及急性运动对不同年龄、性别和体重人群能量消耗及底物代谢影响的差异,有助于针对性地制定相应的运动处方,以达到运动效益最大化。
"Exercise is Good Doctor"was formally proposed by American College of Sports Medicine and American Medical Association in 2007,and was officially promoted in China in June 2012,which promoted the further development of the concept of exercise promoting health.In real life,some people's energy intake is significantly greater than energy consumption in their lifestyle and eating habits.This imbalance of energy intake and consumption will not only cause weight gain and obesity,but also cause other physical diseases.Exercise can promote energy metabolism and improve body composition.One exercise rather than long-term exercise can also have an impact on the body.Looking at the current research on exercise energy consumption,there is less involved in acute exercise.This paper summarizes the differences of acute exercise under different exercise modes and intensities and the effects of acute exercise on energy consumption and substrate metabolism of people of different ages,genders and weights,which is helpful to formulate corresponding exercise prescriptions to maximize exercise benefits.
