摘要
普通高校要精准定位瑜伽教学在体育教育中的作用和价值,以先进思想和现代手段科学优化和创新教学模式和训练方法。教育工作者要充分了解肌肉耐力训练的注意事项,对影响训练质量的主要因素了然于胸。在此基础上,利用船式训练法、战士三式训练法、坐角式训练法、坐椅扭转式训练法,在瑜伽教学中科学地对学生的肌肉耐力进行训练。
Colleges and universities should accurately locate the role and value of yoga teaching in physical education,and scientifically optimize and innovate teaching modes and training methods with advanced ideas and modern means.Educators should fully understand the precautions of muscle endurance training and be aware of the main factors affecting the training quality.On this basis,the students'muscle endurance is scientifically trained in yoga teaching by using ship training method,warrior three type training method,sitting angle training method and chair torsion training method.
