基于SWOT分析九江市第一高中武术运动队的现状与发展策略

Analysis of the Current Situation and Development Strategy of Wushu Team in the First Middle School of Jiujiang,Jiangxi Province Based on SWOT

该文运用文献资料法、SWOT分析法、实地考察法等,对九江市第一中学武术队发展过程中的内部因素和外部因素进行定性分析。研究发现:九江市第一中学武术队的内部优势在于成立时间较短但发展迅速、每年外出比赛以及交流练习的机会较多等;其劣势在于武术的专业教师资源稀缺,以及教师还有较多的教学任务和教法单一老旧、训练条件以及训练时间有限、队员大多没有武术基础等。机遇为在“体教融合”和“十四五体育规划”的时代背景下,学校在应有条件下给予场地以及时间等方面的支持,国家政策给予队员在升学方面给予支持。该文通过分析问题,提出加强教师教学水平,引进先进专业技术和师资力量;丰富武术课程,学校给予大力度支持等手段。通过政策和学校的支持,为学校武术队的成立和发展提供借鉴。

This paper makes a qualitative analysis of the internal and external factors in the development of Wushu team of the First Middle School of Jiujiang,Jiangxi Province.Using the methods of literature,SWOT analysis and field investigation,it is found that the internal advantages of Wushu Team of the First Middle School of Jiujiang,Jiangxi Province lies in its short establishment time but rapid development,more opportunities for going out to compete and exchange practice every year,etc,Its disadvantage lies in the scarcity of professional teachers of Wushu,the single and old teaching tasks and methods of teachers,the limited training conditions and training time,and most of the players have no Wushu foundation.The opportunity is that under the background of"integration of sports and education"and"14th Five-Year plan of physical education",the school will give support in terms of venue and time under due conditions,and the national policy will give support to the team members in terms of further study.By analyzing the problems,this paper finally puts forward:Strengthening teachers'teaching level,introducing advanced professional technology and teachers;Enrich Wushu courses,and the school gives strong support.Through the support of policy and school,it can provide reference for the establishment and development of school Wushu team.
