健身气功改善焦虑、抑郁的相关理论与方法的探析 被引量:1

摘要 为了证明健身气功干预焦虑、抑郁具有巨大的潜力,该文采用文献法与比较分析法从健身气功的理论基础、医用基础、实施效果3个方面总体思考、论述并探究近十年来健身气功干预焦虑、抑郁的研究。该文总结了健身气功对人体心血管系统、呼吸系统、骨骼肌肉和神经系统治疗的实验,表明健身气功对人体各系统具有不同程度的改善和稳定系统功能的作用。通过健身气功的练习对干预不同人群不同原因产生焦虑、抑郁症状治疗效果显著,副作用较小,同时还有增强体质的作用。在“体医融合”政策的指导下,健身气功在我国防范和辅助治疗焦虑、抑郁具有广阔的应用前景。 In order to prove that fitness Qigong has great potential in intervening anxiety and depression,this paper uses the method of literature and comparative analysis to think,discuss and explore the research of fitness Qigong in intervening anxiety and depression in recent ten years from three aspects:the theoretical basis,medical basis and implementation effect of fitness Qigong.It summarizes the experiments of fitness Qigong on the treatment of human cardiovascular system,respiratory system,skeletal muscle and nervous system.It shows that fitness Qigong can improve and stabilize the function of human system in varying degrees.Through the exercise of fitness Qigong,it has a significant therapeutic effect on the intervention of anxiety and depression symptoms caused by different reasons in different populations,with less side effects.At the same time,it also has the effect of strengthening physique.Under the guidance of the policy of"sports and medical integration",fitness Qigong has broad application prospects in preventing and adjuvant treatment of anxiety and depression in China.
