摘要
悠悠中华数千年文明,以文武融合而成,分别代表中国的软实力与硬实力。武,止戈为武;术,思通造化,随通而行为术。意为停止争斗,在习练中探知人与自然、社会的客观规律。中华武术博大精深,其丰富的内涵对习练者有着独特而重要的教育意义。小学阶段学生思想与行为具有较高可塑性,其思想发展从抽象逐渐到具体,思维活跃,在行为上模仿能力强,活泼好动。该文从武术的独特优势出发,浅谈对小学生身体、心理发展的影响,并总结汲取各地小学校园武术开展的宝贵经验,从学校、教师角度对其开展对策进行探究。
The 5,000-year Chinese civilization is a fusion of literature and military,which respectively represent China's soft power and hard power.Wu,stop the fight is Wu;Shu,thinking,good fortune,act with the flow.It means to stop fighting and explore the objective laws of man,nature and society in practice.Chinese Wushu is broad and profound,and its rich connotation has unique and important educational significance for practitioners.The thought and behavior of primary school students have high plasticity,their ideological development gradually changes from abstract to concrete,their thinking is active,and their behavior imitation ability is strong and lively.Starting from the unique advantages of Wushu,this paper discusses the impact on the physical and psychological development of primary school students,draws on the valuable experience of Wushu development in primary school campuses,and explores its development countermeasures from the perspective of schools and teachers.
